When linked to Cerebro his abilities are massively heightened, essentially allow him to tap in to track anyone in the world and speak to them. He is capable of mind possession, taking control of an individual to use their body.

Personality:
Hopeful, that is one of Xavier's strongest characteristics. Xavier sees hope for everyone, mutant or otherwise, and as such has a great deal of trust in others. He does his utmost to see and inspire the good in others, and without a doubt is willing to do everything within his power to protect his students. An unshakable moral compass, Xavier considers it his primary duty to help young mutants understand their powers, learn not to fear them, and use their abilities for the betterment of all - not just mutant kind.

History:
Born to Doctor Brian Xavier and his wife Sharon, Charles only knew his father for a limited time before he was killed in an accident. Xavier and his mother lived in mansion together with a small staff, but Sharon Xavier was an absentee at best, attending to Charles more as a duty than with the warm affection of a mother. She was never especially cruel, just distant.
After breaking into the mansion in search of food and being found by Xavier, Raven became her true family. The two grew up along side each other, a welcome addition as he mother passed and left the massive building to his care. Raven was his sister by bond if not blood, and the two were inseparable until Moria McTaggert persuaded them to help her catch the group of dangerous mutants led by Sebastian Shaw. Though - with the help of the first assembly of the X-Men - they were successful, Charles lost much from the final battle including his sister and his best friend, Eric Lehnsherr. Magneto and Mystique lost their faith in humanity, and set out on a course to bring about the rise of Homo Sapiens Superior.
Charles formally established Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters, and for a while the halls were beginning to fill with new young mutants. But with the war most were drafted and taken away, and for a time Xavier fell into despair and vengefulness. With the help of Wolverine, he was dragged from this dark time on a mission to save Raven, and mutant kind. After the events of failed Sentinel program unveiling, Xavier returned home to rebuild, and remake.
Now the institute is once again what it was always meant to be: a safe haven for mutants everywhere to learn and live in peace.

Sample Post:
Xavier watched from the window as a group of students spread out over the field in the back, armed with a red rubber ball. Class was out for the day for most, and so a group of them had gone out to play what looked like kick ball. He laughed to himself, watching as powers began coming into play, a teleporter catching the ball from in the air, sparking a no doubt heated debate. Using the control of his electronic wheelchair he turned away, returning to his desk where a thick set of files sat waiting.
There seemed to be so many more of them now, flooding in by the day. These were the files of known mutants on the run. The top one was a file of a girl who could turn herself into electricity, traveling and communicating through electronics. As he sat some of the staff were attempting to find her, now she'd settled in the general Seattle area.
He closed that file, sliding most of the rest away until he came upon one not on the run, but here within the very walls. A girl who was avoiding the staff entirely. He'd told them to allow her to announce herself, deciding it was best to give the feral girl time to feel comfortable in her surroundings. But it had been several months, and she had yet to attend a class or approach a teacher. Frankly she only seemed to be interested in one student, and as warmed as Xavier was by their friendship it was clearly time he made an introduction.
